I run individual or small group nutrition workshops. Whether you are interested in nutrition for energy optimisation, digestive wellness, healthy ageing or you simply want to understand what healthy eating entails then I can help you.
I graduated from the University of Westminster with a first class BSc (Hons) degree in Nutritional Therapy. I am registered with the professional organisations that regulate Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine – BANT and CNHC – and abide by their professional codes of conduct.
